Jemar holds a Master of Public Administration Graduate and a Bachelor in Political Science from Binghamton University and is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He currently resides in Harlem, New York, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and a long-term member of the New York Urban League.
